This contract provides support for Software Application Development and Technical Assistance (SADTA) activities in the Legislative Computer System (LCS) of the Office of the Clerk at the U.S. House of Representatives. Provides information technology and engineering services to LCS in the areas of: information gathering and analysis, strategic planning for technology programs/activities, concept development and requirements analysis, configuration management, system design, engineering, reengineering, integration, test and evaluation, independent verification and validation, operations management, technical management consulting, technical evaluations, research of emerging technologies, and administrative support. The effort requires experienced, responsive, flexible, high-level technology, program/project management, and systems engineering support to the government program management office.
